Paul Mitchell the School Paul Mitchell the School Jersey Shore is seeking a qualified Learning Leader to join our family!
The ideal candidate must be self-motivated to set, meet, and exceed goals, as well as inspire, inspect, and coach team members in all clinic floor systems including up-selling, rebooking, and guest service systems. This position requires experience in positive and effective communication, customer service resolution, teamwork, and beauty product sales. He or she is fun, positive, and patient about sharing his or her exceptional knowledge, and creates an effective learning environment that includes all learning types. This position requires passion, strong organizational and communications skills, a high level of commitment, and the ability to guide and motivate others.

Skills/Competencies Required:
• Experience instructing at a cosmetology school
• Current cosmetology, barbering, esthetic, or nail and instructor license
• Excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills
• Skills in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and return on investment
• Solid work history with verifiable references
• Passion for the beauty industry
• Honesty and professionalism
• Knowledge in Paul Mitchell Schools’ cultural and technical systems is preferred but will train

He or she assists in managing the Paul Mitchell School’s website and networking sites.*
 He or she masters the tour script and continually refines the interview and tour experience.
 He or she builds relationships with existing Future Professionals, graduates, team members, and service
guests to encourage guest and lead referrals.
 He or she masters and manages the school’s CRM lead tracking system for all lead follow-up.
 He or she maintains and manages The Strategy — Lead Follow-up System, including the school’s CRM
Nonnegotiable List.
 He or she masters the Admissions Telephone Questionnaire for lead follow-up and enters the information
gathered in the school’s CRM.
 He or she conducts an interview and tour experience with each prospective Future Professional for the
acceptance process.
 He or she assists in executing Paul Mitchell Schools high school recruiting program.
 He or she assists in creating and maintaining a current lead-generating events calendar.
 He or she assists in conducting professional development classes as outlined, including interview and
résumé classes and mock interviews for Future Professionals.†
 He or she assists in building salon relationships that will enable salon owners to hire the Future
Professionals.†
 He or she attends daily, weekly, and quarterly download meetings, Huddle, monthly Town Hall, and staff
trainings.
