Healing Hammers are filled with locally sourced Mugwort, tangerine peels and love. It’s a tool used in TCM to increase circulation, release tension & reduce inflammation and dampness. It’s very helpful for the nervous system and the smell that release as you gently tap the hammer provides a somatic anchor ~ which support nervous system regulation.

I made MUGWORT HAMMERS! 🌿🔨💪🏽This is a treat! Gosh I love how this feels. 🫠🫠

🌿🍊🧡Each hammer is infused with mugwort, tangerine peels and lots of love. The smell is incredibly medicinal as is the rhythmic tapping.

🙏🏽The gentle rhythmic percussion of the tool on to body is very grounding and helps with settling your nervous system as well as releasing tension from sore muscles. In Traditional Chinese Medicine this tool is used to increase circulation, reduce inflammation and dampness in your system and aids in digestion.

T~Bone initiated our chanting of the Hari Om mantra last week!! 🙌🏽🫶🥹🌟 This was the first time in three years!! I loved hearing his voice. This man knows what he wants! And he guides and leads all parts of our sessions and usually he chooses drumming along side me as I sing…. But something shifted last week. Loved how he has opened up 💗

I share this mantra in almost all of my students sessions. The Hari Om mantra most simplistically means ‘seeing the divinity in everyone and everything’.

Help. We are collabing to do a free all ages all abilities community event. We need a free location that can hold 20-100 ppl. A church or meeting space - with good acoustics and wheelchair accessibility are ideal.
The location/organization would get alot of coverage for their generosity so it’s free exposure.

Any ideas or connections in the Monmouth or ocean county area would be greatly appreciated?!

Kyle is flying through his yoga sessions with ease! Yaaaaaa!

We have found our rhythms and I love observing this evolve. He’s learned to steady his mind and breathe and regulate himself and feel confident and proud and tuned in to himself. All the stuff we hope for. Also shout out to mom. So grateful mom joins in - not only for her own well-being but also the co-regulation piece that I speak on so much - we got this! Best yoga duo!

Proud of you Kyle and love you very much buddy!!

Angelo performing Amazing Grace on his panda drum 🎶🫶🥹🧩✨🙏🏽🥳

Ang and I do yoga every week. He loved my panda drum so much that he got his own. Then we practiced. And practiced. And practiced. Not a session goes by that we don’t play our panda drum. At first I read the notes out loud.
Eventually he learned to read the notes, Then he asked me to do Amazing Grace…
And here we are.

Catch us next month opening up Mindful Music with this short and sweet song on the panda drum. Followed by crystal bowls, ocean drum, chimes and more.

Join us for our next monthly ACCESSIBLE Community Sound Bath with crystal bowls, ocean drum, chimes and other soothing sounds to transport you peacefully into the upcoming weekend!

This event welcomes any and all to attend.

❓What to expect? You lay or sit down and just listen. We start a little after 11 and it’s about 40 minutes long. No expectations of you. You can arrive and leave whenever you need to.

🫶 Fresh air, sunshine, birds chirping and the folks who attend make each sound bath extra special !

❗️Bring a blanket or chair to sit on and dress for the weather.

💖 All are welcome! This is an all ages/all abilities/family friendly event.

🧑🏽‍🦽Park is paved so it is accessible for wheelchair users. There are bathrooms

💲This is a FREE event but we do graciously accept donations towards my Special Hearts Adaptive Wellness program. This program creates connection and access for adults with varying intellectual and developmental disabilities to experience personalized, therapeutic and student led wellness services.

🌯You can make a day of it by bringing bagged lunch to enjoy under the bayside pavilion or on the beach after.
