Pace University Setters Leadership and Service House Pace University Setters Leadership and Service House This program is geared towards first-year students who live on campus and have a B average or above.

The Setters Leadership and Service House (SLH) was formed in Spring 2011 under the direction of Dean Lisa Bardill Moscaritolo, the Dean for Students at Pleasantville. The program is currently being administrated by Ikechi Okoronkwo, a Graduate Student, who is responsible for organizing, implementing, and supervising its progress. Students engage in ongoing service projects and attend weekly worksh

ops. Workshops are aimed at developing their leadership identity around the tenants of the Setters Leadership Initiatives’ leadership model. The SLH students will also take a “Leadership Theory” elective class in their second semester.
