Hey Classmates! As stated in a recent post TRM homecoming has been scheduled. This year is our 25th reunion year. I will not be able to head up the planning for our reunion this year and wanted to let yall know so that whomever wanted to do it could. As you know there are limited spaces to hold things in Brewton so I wanted to let you guys know so the planners would have time to reserve places. Love yall and can't wait to see ya!

In trying to plan for splitting cost...I need to know if you are planning on attending our reunion. Cost would include tshirt, dj, banners (if we get), possible picnic location back up (if raining), and if we need to pay truck driver for parade (hoping this is a volunteer thing. Please comment your name below if you are coming . This will help me in planning.

I checked on banners for the float (if we would like one made). They will be around $80-100 each. If you guys want them I will get them ordered and we can divide cost. Or I can make us some signs on poster board ....just let me know. Also...if yall have any t shirt ideas get those to me so we can let everyone choose what they want. I'm going today to fill out a permit for Jennings park for the picnic (we have to do this so no one can reserve the park that day. ) It will have to be approved by then city council but I wouldn't see that being a problem. I will check with some churches to see what we can do for a possible back up (in case of rain). Anybody have a connection with someone who would drive a truck and trailer for us at parade? Maybe we could have a backup for that also just in case.

A couple of things:
I have us a dj for the float. I need a list of songs you guys want played. If anyone has any t-shirt ideas please get them to me as soon as you can so we can have a variety to choose from. Do we have a banner for our float (maybe from years past) or do we need one? Do yall have any ideas of places we could meet has a back up to the park that Saturday (in case of rain.) I would volunteer my house but my cousin is getting married that Saturday and we will be helping with that also.

Last call for suggestions for reunion weekend! I would like to go ahead and be securing anything we made need and pricing dj (if we want one for float) and t-shirts. That way we are able to give everyone a bigger window to make plans and get money in. I checked with a local dj....he has given me a price of $100 for parade. If we split this...we are talking just a few dollars added to t-shirt cost. Also..... if yall want t-shirts what design, color, etc would yall like (since this will affect price). Please give me some feedback classmates because I want yall to be happy classmates that weekend :) :) :) :)
