The curfew for the city limits of Brewton is no longer in effect. Power has been restored to most of the city limits and the majority of the roadways are clear. Please exercise caution when driving as there are still low hanging wires and debris piles that partially protrude into some of the city streets. A large amount of utility work is still being done, so we are strongly recommending that travel should only be for necessary reasons such as getting food, gas, or other essentials to help keep the power and utility personnel safe and speed up the recovery process. Please stay safe.
