Some people earn a belt for their technique🥋, others for the person they’ve become along the way. Ashley’s Ashley Bruno earned both 👊. For seven years I’ve watched her choose the hard road, competing when it’s uncomfortable🏆, stepping in to coach when we needed her, and showing up day after day with discipline and heart. She doesn’t chase recognition. She just works 💪, quietly raising the standard for all of us. On a personal level, she’s one of the few who calls me out, keep me grounded, remind me what matters , not because she wants credit, but because she cares. Today is another step in an already incredible journey ✨. And I honestly can’t wait for the day I get to tie that black belt around your waist. Congratulations Coach Ashley, that brown belt is more than deserved. I’m so proud of you, LFG🙏.

Although their journeys to this moment were completely different, they both earned this promotion through hard work, consistency, and dedication. Watching them share this milestone together made today’s promotion even more special, especially with our seminar bringing the team together to celebrate.
