Bethany Christian School BCS is a K-4 through 8th grade school located in Brevard, NC. BCS maintains high academic standards within a loving, structured environment.

Established in 1981 as a ministry of Bethany Baptist Church, Bethany Christian School offers K4 through 8th grade educational training. Each Bethany student receives personal attention from caring, qualified teachers. Above all, Bethany Christian School seeks to instill a biblical world view in every student. Bethany Christian School uses the Bob Jones University Press and A Beka curricula. Teache

r-to-student ratio is generally about 10 to 1. Students will learn in a traditional-style classroom with qualified teachers who love their students and desire to see them come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ at an early age. Children are encouraged to grow academically, spiritually, and socially in an environment where health, fire, and safety standards are observed. Our faculty and staff look upon themselves as partners with you in the academic and spiritual training of your children.

Bethany is a week away from beginning in-service with our staff. We are all so excited to come back together after everyone’s very full summer!
We are currently still taking enrollment on a limited basis. Some of our classes are at capacity. The following is a list of what is available.

After much thought, discussion, and prayer, we have decided to operate school on a normal schedule at this time. We have taken much into consideration, including that our student body falls well under the 100 person limitation of the Governors executive order.
We will be doing extra sanitizing and monitoring of students temps and continuing to remind students to wash their hands.
