Greetings.

Since 2023, it's been a gift to locally offer engaged circles of women in a six-week class called The Joys of Connecting. We cover topics which allow us to grow within and without.

A new session starts soon, which may be the final one; if you're close to Brevard, NC, consider reaching out to see if this Thursday afternoon class fits your life or the life of another.

Though I've earlier named these confidential gatherings journaling/sharing circles, they're truly much more. You don't need to journal, though you may feel like leaning into it. We express, sharing what we need to express which is received well, beyond judgment, often with deep acceptance, wonder or relatedness.

To the joys of sharing time with friends!

Last summer, I reached out when Michael couldn't go out and about with me due to a medical procedure.

The radiant vendor I emailed was happy to hear from me since she's lost friends who have died or moved away.

This woman I'll call Ruth recently turned 80 on my deceased mom's Birthday and we share the same Alma Mater - Miami of Ohio.

Ruth and I delight in outings when we do - which usually involve shopping and lunching - where I'm in awe of the joy we share.

I'm sorry I haven't been here in a while.

Life has been otherwise calling my attention.

My beloved partner of eight years is on a healing journey. Thankfully in recent weeks, Michael's more supported which gives us both a gift. Plus, he's enjoying weekends with family, allowing me to be with mySelf, which I treasure.
