Greetings.

What can you do today differently than yesterday?

Who can you spread kindness to today?

Who can you hold a door open for another today?

Who can you smile for today?

We get to bring goodness where we're able.

To the joys of connecting with others in awesome ways, like I did today.

Let me know what awesome connections you made today if you're inclined.

I visited with an artist in town to inquire about her trip to Ireland and to ask if I could invite folks in town to connect with me in her coffee shop this summer. Soon, I'll write a column which includes the dates I'll be there.

Next, I met with Pedorthist Joe Quinlan at FOOT RX Running Asheville, sharing a great consultation to expand how I move and strengthen my body.

Lastly, after stopping home for a spell to connect with my beloved partner Michael, to make a wonderful drink for lunch and to do a bit more laundry, I scooted to Looking Glass Eye Center to order new glasses (since I've misplaced mine).

Depending on the evening's weather, I may even mow some of our lawn. Tuesday I mowed after 10 a.m., though areas of our yard still held moisture.

Greetings, dear One.

How are you feeling?

These days, I'm daily living into moment by moment newness while my partner Michael recovers from a medical procedure May 8.

Who knew life could flow so differently than before?

How's life going for you?

I'm spending less time online with great happiness.

Greetings!

Life has taken me away from this page, though I'm popping in for a moment.

Years after hugely shifting days by reading this outstanding book (The Artist's Way), writing Morning Pages and taking myself on Artist's Dates, I circle monthly with local women to ramp up our creative muscles.

This profound creative recovery book called The Artist's Way by Julia Cameron rocks no matter when I lean into it, for it strikes me as completely magical!

Have you read it?

Is it time for you to discover the gifts of The Artist's Way?

Perhaps the link posted below will support you onward.

Much Love,

To the joys of being who we REALLY ARE!

I apologize for not posting here often.

I'm gratefully on a remarkable journey with people and fulfilling activities. For instance: A few months ago, I was invited to give a talk in January. Consequently, I'm being awakened with ideas to bring that talk into being, which is great, since I'll need to answer questions about my presentation very soon.

My wish for you is that you love your Self more than yesterday and that you live into days that rock.

May your Thanksgiving week unfold well!

To the joys of weekends!

What joy is yours this weekend?

To the joys of mowing long grass before it rains!

We didn't call the city for months, since my wonderful partner wanted to wait/see if the water emerging was from springs beneath our yard.

Parts of our yard sported super long grass, since a water main leak the city recently repaired had made our lawn too wet to mow. But I feel GREAT I got 'er done today!

Hooray!

What joy is yours of the accomplishment variety?
