I still have a few spots in both the April and June series of Mountain Bike Skills in the Park! These series are for riders who prefer learning with other similarly skilled riders in small batches of time. The April series runs 1 evening per week from 5-7pm and the June series runs 1 evening per week from 6-8pm. The first three evenings are in the park and the final evening is on a trail chosen by group consensus. There are fundamental, intermediate and advanced groups to choose from. Feel free to reach out with questions. We start playing on April 1! 📷: register at link in bio

Thanksgiving looked much different this year. Spending time away from everything capitalism and close to the ocean was a nice reset. Great blue herons, great egrets, crabs, dolphins, pelicans, friends. Low country boil, leftovers, Friendsgiving dinner, waking up in the van, delicious beverages, lotsa doggos. Thank you for the invitation friends. I hope everyone is feeling gratitude for friendships, loved and appreciated this year.

I’ve been trying for weeks to create a post about my Grand Canyon 2025 adventure. Yesterday I was almost ready to hit the share button when my time on IG ran out (I have a time limit for myself) and I had to start over because I hadn’t created a draft. That post took me 30 minutes. It felt like wasted time so I gave up. So here is a post to just get another one out there. This is from our final river day. We’re exhausted and happy and our hearts are so full! I’m hoping this post will help with my motivation. How does one put 16 days of magic with 16 friends in one post? It isn’t possible. So here is my first post with promises of more. This was the best crew for a 16 day wilderness adventure that a gal could ask for. Feel free to check out their IG accounts for more of the magic. Not everyone in the crew is on IG but I’ve tagged those who are. How should I post the rest? By the day? By a theme like critters, side hikes, rapids, geology etc. Help! What do you wanna see?!

Last Chance (for the season) Coontree Out and Back Clinic is this Friday! The weather is looking warm and dry but we are expected to get rain S, M, W, Th so hopefully the fires will be out and the smoke will be gone! It's going to be a great day on this really cool seasonal trail!
