📚 Food for Thought extends learning beyond the classroom, creating space for conversation, curiosity, and connection across the BC community.

The first Food for Thought of the fall 2026 semester brought Dr. David Gresham together with Olivia Hoyt ’28, Tommy Ives ’28, and Gonzalo Moreno ’27 to reflect on their trip to Paris with several members of the Brevard College Chamber Singers and the Transylvania Choral Society. The group shared their experiences traveling abroad and performing as part of a European choral premiere, offering a firsthand look at the music, culture, and memories that made the trip so meaningful.

Held in the Center for Teaching and Learning Classroom in Jones Library, the conversation brought together students, faculty, staff, and community members for an afternoon of reflection and learning.

✨ Food for Thought continues today at 12:30pm in the CTL Classroom with Dr. Sam Taylor presenting “The Communicative Process of Exiting a Value-Laden Organization: Millennial Faith Deconstruction & Identity Reconstruction.” All are welcome!
