Last call for Field Day setup volunteers ☀️

We still need a few helping hands on Friday, May 8 from 7:00–8:30 AM to help get everything ready for Field Day.

The more volunteers we have, the faster setup goes and the smoother the day runs for our students, staff, and volunteers.

Middle school and elementary-aged kids are welcome to come help too. They usually love being part of the excitement.

Sunset Field Day is coming up this Friday!!

This Friday, May 8 is going to be a fun-filled day with games, outdoor activities, and a foam party!

Be sure your child is dressed for the weather, wearing tennis shoes, and brings a water bottle. Please also send a change of clothes and a towel.

Volunteers are still needed to help bring it all together.

WE Need you!!
Your SSES PTO is run entirely by parent volunteers, and we still have several Board Positions and Committee Chair Positions to fill for the 2026–2027 school year.

Serving on the PTO Board is a great way to stay informed about everything happening at Sunset—not just PTO updates, but also insights from school administration.

Leading a Committee is a fun and rewarding way to help bring our events and activities to life and truly embody our “One Heart, One Herd” spirit.

We have already begun planning for the next school year, and we would love to include our new PTO members and Committee Heads in that process. These roles are very manageable and designed to fit alongside your other commitments.
