Meet Patrick Ryan, who started as a contractor with the company for 2 years and joined full time 6 years ago. Having a role that spans across many departments, he has learned that the people are what make Simplify Compliance great. When asked about being an IMPACT winner he said, “To me it means that my team and I have done at least one thing right!” His advice for others is, “Never do the bare minimum, even if it is what you were asked to do - always aim higher!” Patrick spends his free time Programming, Rock Climbing, and in Music Production.

Meet Denine Franco, a Senior Account Executive who currently works in the Emerging Markets Division of BLR. She loves the challenge of working to build trust and business with new clients to help them grow with our resources. Her advice for others, “Be patient with yourself. Push yourself. Open yourself. Most importantly impact others where you can and have fun-breath.”
Her work/life balance includes spending time with family, writing poetry and there is nothing better than a good Columbo Marathon!

In his free time, he likes to work out and keep up with his favorite teams, the Yankees and Giants while hanging out at home with his wife and pets.

Meet Jan Milliman, she began writing about coding for home health over 15 years ago and added OASIS soon after. She enjoys working as part of our DecisionHealth Home Care Matters division with the Association of Home Care Coding & Compliance (AHCC) and has held her HCS-D credential from the Board of Medical Specialty Coding & Compliance (BMSC) since 2006.
Jan enjoys sharing ideas and gaining perspective from folks she doesn’t work with on a day-to-day basis across the company. Her hobbies also include reading books about creative people and their work, art – she collages and paints, music, movies and trying new recipes while cooking.
