Noon and 6 PM are cancelled for the holiday week.

Thursday Turkey Day 300 @ 9 AM
10 movements, 30 reps each.
It’s a free workout and the perfect warm up before the carbs start rolling in.

Friday
All classes are cancelled.

Saturday
10 AM Complexes are on, and then we’re back to our regular programming.
