Whether you’re reliving the heyday or discovering these games for the first time, swing by to see a display of Guitar Hero/Rock Band guitar controllers, iconic peripherals that helped define a music-gaming era in the mid-2000s. Showcasing designs from multiple titles and systems, this display highlights how these plastic instruments transformed the way we experience music.

Be sure to check out the wonderful work of Gary Fagerland, a Long Island-based artist. He is a sculptor, wood carver, and acrylic artist with a background as a bay man, aircraft mechanic, and carpenter. Gary finds inspiration in the local landscape, as well as in classic boats, cars, and architectural structures. His goal is to connect others with the unique culture of Long Island. His art will be in our gallery until the end of June.

We had an amazing time at our Summer Challenge Kick-Off Party this past weekend! 🌞🦖 Families came out to enjoy lawn games, art activities, bubbles, and some well-deserved sweet treats. It was the perfect way to celebrate the start of our Summer Reading Challenge! There’s still time to join the fun, stop by the library, and see how you can join the Summer Reading Club!
