🍂 Our Fall Schedule is here! 🍂

A little preview of what’s coming this fall at Delta Farm School—and we’re so excited to share it with you. This season, we’re returning to a simpler rhythm: time outside, hands-on learning, seasonal adventures, and meaningful childhood experiences rooted in nature. Head to our website with the link in our bio to check it out and create your account if you’re a new friend joining us!

🌿 Wednesdays | Roots & Ruckus
Our 10-week core class where the same little farmers gather each week to explore, learn, create, and grow together.

🍁 Fridays | Farm Fridays
Flexible, pick-your-own dates with a brand-new theme and adventure each week. Come for one Friday, choose a few, or join us whenever your schedule allows.

And this fall, Fridays are getting extra special with some wonderful collaborations! 🤎 We’re so excited to welcome back our friends at The Garden Museum and Num Num Foods and a new friend HP to the farm for three special experiences woven into our fall season.

✨ Early Access Registration: Saturday, August 15 at 11 AM
✨ Regular Registration: Sunday, August 16 at 11 AM

Save the dates, take a peek at the schedule, and start planning your fall with us. 🍎🎃🍂

And keep an eye out for more details on Delta Roots, Delta Dirt Crew, and Slow Stitches on the farm- a night for adults with Solely Baby —dates are coming soon!

We can’t wait to welcome you back to the farm. 🤍

Let them be wild. Raise them with roots.

Maybe we need more ordinary days.

The kind where nothing remarkable happens.

Just muddy boots by the back door.
A handful of wildflowers.
Losing track of time because no one is hurrying you.

Maybe those are the days that quietly become a childhood.

I don’t remember every birthday party from my childhood.

I don’t remember every toy.

But I remember picking flowers and blackberries at the river.

Crawdad fishing at the lake with my mom and brother.

Staying outside until it got dark.

Riding my bike around the neighborhood.

I remember having nowhere to be.

Maybe that’s why I’m choosing more ordinary days now.🤍

🍂 Our Fall Semester is ALMOST here! 🍂

This fall we’re returning to a simpler rhythm at Delta Farm School—one that gives us space to slow down, dig deeper, and continue creating meaningful childhood experiences rooted in nature.

🌾 Wednesdays | Roots & Ruckus
Our 10-week core class where the same friends gather each week to explore, create, care for animals, and experience the changing seasons together.

🍁 Fridays | Farm Friday
The same weekly themes and hands-on farm experiences—but with flexible registration! Join us for one Friday or several throughout the season.

✨ New this fall:
• Slow Stitches on the Farm: a local collaboration with Solely Baby for a slow evening just for adults. Details to come!
• Delta Dirt Crew: The return of our off campus- FREE-meetups at all our favorite outdoor places (and pumpkin patches!) this fall!
• Delta Roots (ages 4+) a monthly workshop for older kiddos! Beginning as a small founding group while we thoughtfully grow our homeschool enrichment program.

Dates are still TBD for the new events, but keep an eye out for specifics and other events coming to the farm this fall!

🤎 Returning families will receive priority registration first, with remaining spots opening to the public. If we fill, be sure to join the waitlist!

We can’t wait for another season of muddy boots, changing leaves, curious hands, and childhood memories made on the farm. 🌻

Another quiet shift. 🤍

Less trying to create the perfect childhood.

More protecting the one already unfolding.

More leaving room for wonder, curiosity, & imagination.

Childhood was never meant to be rushed. 🤍

Today our farm became a tiny museum.✨
A place for sensory wonder, woodland stories, open-ended play, little hands becoming part of the art, and of course the day ended in everyone in a mud puddle. 🤎

Thank you, The Garden Museum , for bringing such a magical collaboration to Delta Farm School. 🤍🌿

Every once in a while, you catch a moment that feels strangely familiar.

The light.
The laughter.
Dirty feet running through the yard.

And for just a second…

you’re reminded of what childhood felt like.

I think that’s the feeling so many parents are chasing.

Not because we’re trying to recreate our own childhood.

But because we hope our kids have moments that feel just as unforgettable.

Even if they don’t realize it yet. 🤍

One day…

today’s ordinary Tuesday

will be someone’s favorite childhood memory.

And I wonder if that’s why so many parents are making a quiet shift.

We’re leaving a little more room for the moments that don’t look important while they’re happening.

The bike rides after dinner.
The muddy boots by the back door.
Tiny hands that insist on helping.
The slow mornings spent reading one more book.
The extra five minutes outside.

Of course… this isn’t every Tuesday.

Some Tuesdays are cereal for dinner.

Some end in meltdowns.

Some are spent just trying to make it to bedtime.

Ours too…

You’re seeing the moments on here that we’re trying to create more of.

Because the quiet shift isn’t about doing childhood perfectly.

It’s about choosing it a little more often than we used to.

One more walk after dinner.
One more “come help me.”
One more story before bed.
One more ordinary Tuesday.

Because one day…

they won’t remember every Tuesday.

They’ll remember what childhood felt like. 🤍
