Connection problems in a call are going to happen from time to time. You need to be confident that your internet is working properly, and your student needs to be confident in that too. They don’t mean anything by it, but most students will assume that it’s your internet that’s not working when something goes wrong. Use this tool to check your connection, and help your students check theirs. That way you both know what has gone wrong and can take steps to fix it. - Nate
