The mission of Expression City is to unite the Nashville community through creative expression, arts education, and community service. Interdisciplinary programs feature cross-training in circus, music, dance, art, acting, and artistic professional development. Expression City provides a home for students and professionals in middle Tennessee to grow as artists and as individuals who use their talents to positively impact their community.

✨ GIRLS ONLY OVERNIGHT LOCK-IN ✨
📅 July 26th | Ages 7–14
We are so excited to announce our Girls Only Overnight Lock-In at Expression City!
This fun-filled evening is packed with activities your kids will LOVE, including:
💎 Bracelet making station
✨ Bedazzling station (we provide the rhinestones, bring your own item to decorate!)
🎤 Karaoke
🍕 Pizza
🎲 Games
🤸 Open gym time
🎬 Movie night in the theatre
Students should bring:
🛏 Sleeping bag or blankets
🧸 Pillow
💧 Water bottle
🍿 Favorite snacks
We’ll also provide a few snacks throughout the event!
Parents can rest easy knowing safety is a top priority. Doors will remain locked throughout the night, and students may only leave if picked up by a parent or guardian. Several staff members will be on duty all night, rotating shifts to stay awake and ensure everyone is safe, comfortable, and having a great time.
We can’t wait to make memories, laugh nonstop, and have the ultimate girls’ night together 💫

It’s showtime… 👻🖤✨
This fall, the strange and unusual are taking over the stage at Expression City with Beetlejuice Jr.!
For performers ages 12–18, this hilariously haunting musical follows Lydia Deetz, a delightfully odd teenager navigating grief, ghosts, and one wildly chaotic demon with a flair for the dramatic.
(Rated PG) Expect spooky fun, unforgettable music, outrageous characters, and plenty of Netherworld pandemonium along the way.
Whether your student loves acting, singing, dancing, or simply being part of the magic of theatre, this production is going to be an absolute scream.
