Straight from Belo Horizonte, Brazil 🇧🇷, Coach Carol brings that Brazilian DNA for the love of soccer to Footie Fit! ⚽️🔥

She’s not just passionate about the game—she’s blending exercise science with soccer to help athletes unlock their full potential. With years of experience both on the field and in the weight room, Carol is ready to take our athletes to the next level.

📚 Graduate of Cumberland University (Exercise Science, 2022)
⚽ Collegiate player at Western Nebraska CC & Cumberland University
🎓 Currently earning her Master’s in Exercise Physiology at MTSU as a Graduate Teaching Assistant as well!
💪 Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)
