Our Spring FACE event will focus on the topic of anxiety and its growing impact on children and families. The featured book, The Anxious Generation..." by Jonathan Haidt, explores the rise in mental health challenges alongside the rapid expansion of technology, including smartphones, social media, and online gaming.

Mental health exists on a broad spectrum, and this book examines issues such as anxiety, social isolation, technology addiction, and sleep deprivation — and how these factors influence daily life. With children gaining access to technology at increasingly younger ages, the effects of early and frequent exposure are becoming more significant and complex.

Our goal is to provide meaningful support and guidance on this important topic. This book serves as a powerful conversation starter to help families better understand the challenges and work toward healthier habits together.

FACE events are free to attend, and all families are welcome! We hope you’ll join us. Even if you haven’t had a chance to read the book, you’ll leave with a wealth of knowledge and practical insights on these important topics — tools and strategies that can positively impact your family’s daily life.
