It’s normal to be excited about developing a skill with a ball, scoring, or winning championships!

It’s also too normal these days for young athletes to put less emphasis on learning and developing their body in exchange for those things…..
Leading to constant pain, lack of mobility and engagement, imbalances from compensating.

How do we maximize our ability with a ball if we don’t understand how to maximize and control the body itself without the ball or having to react?
