I don’t know who needs to hear this..
You are doing the best you can with what you have been given
You are not alone even when it feels like you are
You are amazing, worthy, and one of a kind
It’s okay to take that break
It’s okay to say no and set boundaries
Just remember.. do what you feel is best for you ..
I know it’s hard.. take a deep breath and know it will get better.. take it one second at a time ❤️

How often do you feel guilty for taking a break? Maybe even feeling guilty for saying no or not today when being asked to do something, but you simply don’t have the energy to do one more thing.

Taking a break is essential
Saying no is essential
Setting and implementing boundaries is essential
Taking care of you is essential

Your body is great at telling you when to say no, when to slow down or speed up, and when to say enough is enough. Never feel guilty for people your needs first!
You deserve a moment to breathe because I see all the moments you don’t sit down because you’re caring for others.
You’re important and so is your needs
