Winter sports registration is here!

Planning to participate in a winter sport? Make sure you have your sports physical and Eventlink registration completed before the season gets underway!

According to IHSAA guidelines, sports physicals must be completed on or after April 1 to be valid for the current school year. (That would be April 1, 2026) Be sure to use the IHSAA physical form and have all pages completed in full.

Once your physical is complete, you’ll need to register on Eventlink.com. Eventlink will guide you through a two-step registration process, including uploading your sports physical (and the consent sheet on the last page of your physical form).

📄 Important: All pages of your physical must be uploaded as one document. The Genius Scan app is an easy way to scan multiple pages into a single document.

Already participating in a fall sport? You do not need to register again for winter sports! However, we ask that you email [email protected] to let us know which winter sport your student plans to participate in.

Need help with Eventlink?
📞 Eventlink Help Center: (866) 330-7710 *this is a fantastic place to start!
📞 Bremen Athletic Department: 574-546-3511 ext. 3357

📣Reminder: Students cannot participate in practices or games until they are registered on Eventlink and their sports physical has been uploaded.

Get registered and be ready for winter sports!
