Spooktacular Night of Achievement

Join us for A Spooktacular Night of Achievement on Sunday, November 1 at 1:00 p.m. at the Clinton County Fairgrounds! 🎃👻🍀 We are putting a fun Halloween twist on our annual Achievement Night and can’t wait to celebrate all of our amazing 4-H members and their accomplishments! Come dressed in your favorite costume and enjoy a costume contest, spooky snacks, Halloween games, and lots of fun as we celebrate another great year of 4-H. The next federation meeting will be on September 8 at 6p.m. at the Clinton County Extension office! Anyone in 8th grade and up s welcome to come. We will discuss the upcoming 4-H year and events that the federation members can help at as well as play some games!

Hall of Fame winners from Adams, Bond, Brown, Calhoun, Cass, Clinton, Edwards, Gallatin, Greene, Grundy, Hamilton, Hancock, Henderson, Jefferson, Kankakee, Knox, Lake, Lawrence, Madison, Marion, McDonough, McHenry, Monroe, Morgan, Pike, Pope-Hardin, Richland, Saline, Schuyler, Scott, St. Clair, Wabash, Warren, Washington, Wayne, White, Will counties were honored during a special noon ceremony at the Orr today.

A huge thank you to these amazing volunteers and the incredible impact they’ve had on the lives of Illinois youth! We will honor more counties at noon tomorrow.

Congratulations to Evan Beal and Caiden Litteken!!

35 Illinois 4-H members put their livestock knowledge to the test at the 2026 Superior Young Livestock Producers Contest at the Illinois State Fair!

Youth competed in livestock management, marketing and hedging, and a livestock skillathon, demonstrating their knowledge of beef, swine, and sheep production. Congratulations to this year’s nine $1,000 scholarship recipients:

Thank you to CME Group and the Illinois 4-H Foundation for investing in the next generation of livestock leaders. These 4-H members are putting their skills to work and showing what it means to be Beyond Ready for college, careers, and whatever comes next.
