A Sweet Carriage House Tradition!

What started as a celebration of our new playground has officially turned into one of our favorite annual Carriage House traditions!

On August 13th, we gathered with our Carriage House families, children, staff, and community for our annual Ice Cream Social—and this year, we had an extra-special surprise! 🍨🫧

In addition to ice cream, and lots of laughter, our families got to enjoy an EPIC foam party, made possible thanks to some of our amazing Carriage House parents! A huge thank-you to the families who helped make the foam party happen—you definitely took the fun to the next level!

And of course, we can't forget DJ Polanco, who kept the tunes going and had everyone ready to dance, play, and celebrate!

What began as a little playground celebration has grown into a wonderful annual opportunity for our Carriage House community to come together, make memories, and just have FUN!

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this year's Ice Cream Social one to remember. We are already looking forward to next year!

Join Our Team at Carriage House Early Learning Center

Located in beautiful Breckenridge, Colorado, Carriage House has been “doing what is best for kids since 1973!” We are a play-based early childhood school caring for children ages 8 weeks to 5 years, using the Creative Curriculum and Pyramid Plus approach to support social and emotional growth.

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Floating Qualified Teacher

Role: Move between classrooms as needed, supporting teachers and children across age groups.

Schedule: 30 hours+/week
Starting Pay: $24.75+/hour
Qualifications:
Colorado Shines Professional Credential Level 2 or Early Childhood Education degree
Experience working with young children in a group setting
Passion for working with young children, flexibility, and adaptability
Benefits: Full benefits package and supportive team environment.

2. Preschool Lead Teacher

Role: Lead our preschool classroom, fostering growth through play-based learning and curriculum implementation.

Schedule: 30 hours+/week
Starting Pay: $24.75 – $28/hour, based on education and experience
Qualifications:
Colorado Shines Professional Credential Level 2 or Early Childhood Education degree
Experience working with young children in a group setting
Flexible and adaptable

We want to sincerely apologize for the technical difficulties during our last Family Movie Night at the Eclipse Theater on June 24th. We know how much our families were looking forward to the event, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

✨ We’re excited to announce the rescheduled Family Movie Night is now set for MONDAY, July 14th! ✨
