Setting intentions can be an important part of the preparation. But sometimes the psyche and medicine reveal things we may need to confront, and not necessarily what we want to see or experience. As we like to say, these medicines act as "non-specific" amplifiers of mental and emotional processes. We sometimes truly have no idea what will arise in the session, even with the best preparation and intentions.

It's important to practice being open and staying curious. ✨

Psychedelics can be destabilizing. Before diving deep, ask: 'Are you ready to shake the ground you're on?' If not, build a foundation first. Therapy, mindfulness practices, breathwork, and somatic therapy are great ways to prepare. And be realistic. Is this the right time? Maybe it's not, and that's ok!

Setbacks are not signs of failure, but they're often part of the integration process. In psychedelic work (and in life), growth rarely moves in a straight line. Moments of contraction, doubt, or difficulty can bring up shame but these are often invitations to slow down, reconnect with support, and deepen the work. Integration isn't about perfection. It's about relationship to the unfolding process and how it shows up in the day-to-day.

Integration doesn't need to be big, quick, and fast. Psychedelic experiences can foster deep insights and transformation that can lead to big changes in one's life, but often times, when change happens too fast and too big, it can have the opposite effect. It creates tension in the systems that you're part of. It overwhelms the system and it can force a snap-back effect.

Instead of looking to create fast change, focus on the small changes over time. As Buckminster Fuller once said, "we are here to make small local adjustments"

New research is examining whether psilocybin, used alongside psychotherapy in controlled settings, could offer a novel approach to treating binge eating disorder — prompting important conversations about safety, efficacy, and future clinical use.

As psychedelic science continues to advance, how might psilocybin-assisted therapy fit into the evolving landscape of eating disorder treatment?

It can be tempting to do another ceremony, especially when you feel like you need more healing to do. More ceremonies can be helpful, but sometimes it's better to take the step back and work on your integration process - moving your insights into daily life. That's where the healing begins.

What if the real medicine in psychedelic work isn’t the substance… but the truth you’ve avoided your whole life?

In this episode, Dr. Michael Sapiro joins Kyle to explore how truth, somatics, and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy come together to create real transformation. From tracing patterns back to childhood, to touching “the heart of the hurt,” to learning how to surrender safely — this conversation cuts right to the core of healing.

You’ll hear insights on:
• How truth “rings” in the body
• Why personas create depression + anxiety
• Healing as loving wounded parts
• Growth as who you become without old limits
• Using ketamine, imagery, and somatic awareness to build trust and let go

If you’re doing inner work, guiding others, or exploring psychedelics, this episode gives you the map and the medicine.

The Integration Circle Presents: Pathways to the Goddess: The Archetypal Feminine and the Psychedelic experience

The archetypal feminine is inseparable from the psychedelic experience. showing up through emotions, image and direct connection. The archetypal feminine shows herself in many forms such as goddess or mother, defying norms and illusions, bringing death and rebirth, comfort and love.

Entheogenic and psychedelic experiences can help us connect to this archetype as it lives in our personal psyche as well as its manifestation in the collective unconscious and transpersonal. This seminar invites experienced professionals to discuss how psychedelic experiences can provide a relationship with the archetype feminine.

This Seminar will explore ayahuasca and somatic embodiment, psychedelics and the goddess, the dark feminine in psychedelics, a new model of postpartum care for mothers and much more.

We often talk about shadow work like it’s all darkness - grief, pain, the stuff we keep buried and repressed.

But here’s the truth: Rest is Shadow Work, too.

In a world obsessed with doing, slowing down is one of the most confronting practices you can take on. The moment you stop, all the exiled parts - the anxious voices, the shame around “not being productive,” the brilliance you’ve tucked away start to surface. If you are a person who likes to go at 100mph, who are you when you stop and take a break? It can be uncomfortable in all sorts of ways. This is the Golden Shadow.

The Golden Shadow: the parts of yourself that are too radiant, too creative, too wild to fit into the roles you were given. Most people never touch it, or when psychedelics crack it open, it can be hard to hold and integrate. It fades back into the dark.

If you have been wanting to work with the shadow, be sure to check out our upcoming course with Dr. Ido Cohen and Kyle Buller - Advanced Shadow Work and Psychedelic Integration. As Fall is upon us, this is the perfect time to turn inward.

Shadow work isn’t just about diving into the darkness. It’s also about reclaiming the parts of yourself that have been hiding in plain sight. The brilliance. The tenderness. The light you’ve dimmed to survive.

This is the deeper layer most people skip over… but it’s where real transformation happens. 🌿

Advanced Shadow Work and Psychedelic Integration begins October 20th
