We will be putting the spotlight on our amazing Teacher Assistants, and for our first post in this series we are featuring Katie!

Katie has been at Stagelight for 3 years and is currently taking 2 classes! She is a TA for Ms.Allison's Jazz/Hip Hop Combo I class.

✨Katie's funniest interaction with a toddler was backstage, when she asked if one of the kiddos remembered her, and they looked her dead in the eye and said "No"!

✨Being a TA is important to Katie because she idolized her teachers growing up, and she now strives to be a role model for all the little dancers that she gets to assist. It is important to her that every student feels safe & inspired!

Teacher Assistants play a vital role here at Stagelight and we can't thank them enough! Be sure to thank them for their hard work and all that they do for your students. 💜

Today's Triple Threat Feature is Harper! 🤩 Harper has been a part of Stagelight for 4 seasons and is currently taking 4 classes including; Tap I, Acro Skills I, Hip Hop I, & Improv Acting!

💜 When Harper walks into the studio, she looks forward to acing every step she learns.

Stagelight wants to introduce one of our NEWEST staff members starting in the new 26/27 Season, Mr. Josiah Cortez (or Mr. Zay)! You can find him showing out on Tuesdays with our higher level HipHop students!

Here are a few fun facts about Mr. Zay:
💜 He can solve a Rubik’s cube!
💜 Mr. Zay enjoys hanging out with family and friends, and playing games!
💜 This is not his FIRST season with Stagelight!
💜 He started dancing at 12 years old, following YouTube tutorials at home.
💜 Mr. Zay has another job in finance, BUT if he had to pick something else other than Stagelight… he can say he's always wanted to work at an Apple Store!
