Babywearing Ballet Brea Babywearing Ballet™ Brea is a 45-minute ballet class for mom & baby to spend with each other dancing, toning, bonding, and meeting other new moms.

You will enjoy a low impact, toning workout while your baby gets to experience all of your movements: rocking motions, soothing music, and time close to you. Babywearing Ballet is perfect for all fitness levels; no experience required. Expecting moms welcome! Doctor clearance required.

Like most little girls, my first love was ballet. I had my first ballet class at 2 1/2 and took class on and off through college. I took my 2 month old babe to her first ballet class today.
