“Nailed It” Birthday Party!

👻🍕 Spooky Mummy Pizzas! 🍕👻

Our chefs had a spooktacular time in our Special Needs Workshop creating their very own Mummy Pizzas from scratch!

They started by making their pizza dough from scratch, then rolled and shaped it before bringing their spooky mummies to life with delicious toppings. Each chef got creative building their own mummy—and, of course, making sure it tasted just as good as it looked! 🧀🍕👀

This hands-on workshop was all about learning new kitchen skills, building confidence and independence, getting creative, and having FUN in the kitchen!

We love seeing our chefs proud of what they create at The Kitchen Classroom! 💜

It is always a pleasure teaching Safia during her private lessons at The Kitchen Classroom!

This week, she took on Stuffed Chicken Wellington with a creamy dill sauce, while practicing knife skills, measuring, sautéing, making spinach crêpes from scratch, working with puff pastry, and bringing it all together with a beautiful presentation.

Great job, Safia! We love watching your skills and confidence grow and can’t wait to have you back for your next private lesson!

Twenty-four Boy Scouts from Troop 707 joined us at The Kitchen Classroom for a hands-on pizza-making adventure! 🍕👨‍🍳

The Scouts made their pizzas completely from scratch, learning important culinary skills along the way—including how to properly measure ingredients, bloom yeast, mix and knead dough, and create their own individual pizzas.

Of course, the best part was sitting down together and enjoying their delicious creations when they were finished!

A big THANK YOU to Boy Scouts Troop 707 for joining us at The Kitchen Classroom. We had so much fun cooking with you and hope to see you back in the kitchen again soon! ❤️🍕⚜️

🍎✨ Caramel Apple Fun at The Kitchen Classroom!
Our Special Needs chefs had a fun and delicious time creating their very own caramel apples! We started with homemade caramel made from scratch, and then everyone dipped their apples and made them their own by choosing their favorite toppings and chocolate drizzles. A fun hands-on experience filled with creativity, choices, and plenty of deliciousness!
