A prayer from our Principal, Mrs. Amy Blain, on the first day of the 2026-2027 School Year:
"Heavenly Father,
As we begin a new school year, we place our students, parents, and teachers in Your loving hands. Guide our students as they learn and grow, give our teachers wisdom and patience, and bless our parents with encouragement and grace. Help us build one another up; always speaking to each other and about one another in love.
Help us, as a school community, to be “Rooted in Christ”—growing in faith, serving
one another, and reflecting Your love in all that we do. May this year be a joyful
opportunity to partner with families, prepare children for the next level, and proclaim
the gospel of Jesus to the children You have entrusted to us. We are overflowing with thankfulness for the blessing you continue to pour out on Christ Lutheran.
Bless this school year, Lord, and remind us that every day is an opportunity to know You more and share Your love with others.
