ISR Brittani Hammond LLC Your child will swim & float in 6 weeks. Build confidence and a love for water with these survival swim lessons for ages 6 months to 6 yrs old.

I also teach stroke lessons- 2 weeks, 20 min a day for 5yrs and up ISR Self-Rescue™ swim lessons go beyond traditional swim instruction by teaching children how to survive in water if they found themselves there alone. Lessons are taught in a customized, one-on-one lesson environment, and foster the development of swimming and safety in infants and young children with ISR’s proprietary Self-Rescue

™ program. With over 45 years of research and development, highly trained certified Instructors committed to safety, and a proven history of success, parents can rest assured that their children are receiving the best possible instruction in the world today. An important distinction between ISR and other programs is our emphasis on safety before, during and after lessons.

• Prior to beginning lessons, your child’s unique medical history is reviewed by a team of medical professionals to identify any potential health issues that may affect your child’s lessons and safety. WHAT YOUR CHILD WILL LEARN:

Rollback-to-Float--- Infants (6-12 months)
Learn to hold their breath underwater, roll onto their back, float unassisted, rest and breathe until help arrives, to perform these Self-Rescue skills first in a swim diaper and then while fully clothed

Swim-Float-Swim----Children (1-6 years old)
Learn how to hold their breath underwater, swim with their head down, roll onto their back to float, rest and breathe, roll back over to resume swimming until they reach the side of the pool, crawl out or be rescued by an adult, to perform these Self-Rescue skills first in a swim diaper/bathing suit and then while fully clothed

James! 💙 He’s been swimming with me since he was tiny, and it’s been so much fun watching him grow. He has so much confidence in the water and the skills to back it up. I’m so proud of the swimmer he’s become!
