🍧Thank you to our Parent Group for arranging this sweet treat from Kona Ice for Monday afternoon. It was a hot afternoon in the classrooms, and this was a wonderful morale boost for the students.

Thank you to Lisa, the amazing Educational Outreach Program Coordinator for the Brattleboro Food Coop. Our students enjoyed their final cooking class for the year. Younger students made "Hungry Caterpillars" from fruits and vegetables, and older students made mini sandwiches and homemade ranch dressing.

👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️🚒👨‍🚒On May 26th, students from Vermont State University's Nursing Program, and Members of the Brattleboro Fire Department came for their annual Health Fair.
The student nurses created different educational stations and set them up in Monsignor Rand Hall for the day. The nursing program requires active, hands-on experience working with young people and we are always eager to provide students.
The Brattleboro Fire Department was also on hand to talk about their role during emergency situations and offered tours of their ambulance. The students had such a great time!

We hope you enjoyed our SMS Spring Showcase as much as we did. Our sincere thanks to Rita Corey and James Gardner '26 for sharing your love of music with our students and planning such a delightful concert to close out the school year.
