We're a bit late with today's post. But thank you to everyone who joined us at the Winter Fire School Expo a week ago. Between everyone who came by the booth on Friday and everyone that attended our three classes during the rest of the weekend, it a great weekend had by all.

The OG society is bringing a new course to the 2026 MU Winter Fire School titled “Off Airport Response to Downed Aircraft Emergencies” for two 4-hour sessions on Saturday and one on Sunday.

Happy Thanksgiving from the OG Society!

Welp, the OG Society is officially one year old today.

We haven’t accomplished what we set up to do but we did start up and we haven’t given up.

A new full time gig, and other challenges personally and professionally have created distractions from this important project.

But we haven’t given up and hopefully soon we will be ready to get back to the big plans we have for this organization

So don’t give up on us yet. While we’ve been quiet, we are still here. Seriously….
