Congratulations Cheryl Kaiden!
Introducing Cheryl Kaiden, one of our 2026 Women of Excellence Honorees!
Cheryl’s career has been defined by impactful communication, thoughtful leadership, and a commitment to connecting people and organizations. As a communications strategist, she has delivered high-impact solutions for leading organizations including GE Aerospace, AXA XL, Organon, McDonald’s, Walgreens, and Medtronic, specializing in organizational communications, employee engagement, leadership training, and strategic storytelling.
After moving to Branford in 2000, Cheryl knew she wanted to become an active member of her community and dedicate her time to giving back. Inspired by workplace volunteer opportunities and the belief that one person’s efforts can create meaningful change, she has spent years supporting organizations that strengthen and enrich the shoreline community.
From serving on the boards of the Branford Food Pantry, James Blackstone Memorial Library, and the Branford Arts & Cultural Alliance to supporting community initiatives like Branford Gets Fresh and the Community Dining Room, Cheryl has consistently found ways to make a difference. Through her work with BACA, she continues to champion the arts and help create opportunities for neighbors of all ages to connect, create, and celebrate the vibrant culture of the community.
Cheryl’s dedication to service, leadership, and bringing people together truly embodies the spirit of a Guilford Woman of Excellence. We are honored to celebrate her incredible contributions and the lasting impact she has made through her professional achievements and community involvement. 💙
Congratulations Cheryl! 👏
