Please mark your calendar for the dedication of our Brandon HS war memorial on the 2nd of November at 4:30 pm beginning in the auditorium. We will be adding a bronze plaque with the names of 16 BHS students who gave their lives during combat operations in WWII, Vietnam and Iraq.

Free event. Not a fund raiser!

This event is to bring the community together for Drinks, Food, Fun, Laughs, and most importantly Memories!

So, if you have tossed a cold one down at the rope swing in Brandon,
hung out at a pasture on John Moore or a spot called The Power lines, drove all night around the Chuck E Cheese or Regency parking lot..then this is for you!

Update regarding the Original Brandon High School... from Karen S. McDaniel Rodriquez

I just returned from taking some photos of the brick walkway at McLane middle school. One of the faculty members assured me that Brandon High School is NOT being torn down because of its historical designation. It also can’t be sold. The portables in the back are temporary. After the 23-24 school year the school will be repurposed into offices for administration/ district. It will also have a small ESE group.

Our Annual BHS REUNION will take place in the Great Smokey Mountains,
SEPTEMBER 21, 2023
Make your plans and reservations.
Those of us who gathered last year had a terrific time as we traveled thru time from Palm River, Clairmel, Yates, East Bay, Dowell, Horace Mann, Seffner, Mango, Brooker to Brandon High. Wow what a Journey and memories! We remembered being called Cow Pie City and look at our City now. Thanks to Terry and Karen for the fabulous campfires we enjoyed each night making memories.
This year we plan on Colonel Sanders to start the feast. Cost is $10.00 per person and bring your favorite covered dish...or not so favorite as long as it's tasty! 😁
