Mintz Field Day 2026 was aHUGE hit! Many thanks to the 100+ volunteers that helped out and a huge shout our to Coach Spahn for all his hard work in organizing and setting everything up! The kids had so much fun which makes all the work worth it!

GOOD AFTERNOON Mintz Elementary Parents and Guardians! Thank you guys for all your fundraising help over these past two weeks! You guys crushed it. We are at 98% to our fundraising goal and we want to have one final push in fundraising! We are closing all donations at 11:59PM and on Monday the Apex team will bring any prizes to those students that donated tonight! Let's try and reach our goal together and I know we can do it!

Here’s Tuesday's (2/24) Apex update for Mintz Elementary! 🎉

We had a fun time learning about how being a leader means we need to Rise Above our problems and solve them in a positive way using our words and actions!🚀

Congratulations to Coach Olsen's 3rd grade class for winning last nights challenge and turning the Apex Team into mummies!! 🎊

We also had Coach Schwirtz keep our Top Donations and Coach Gentile's class take the Top Share Medal! Congratulations to both classes!🏅

🎯 Tonight’s Challenge: The Double Trouble Challenge! 👏

The first challenge is the class with the most New Donations from any sponsor tonight will get to Duct Tape the Apex Team!!

Our second challenge is any student that gets a donation of $30 or more will get to pie us in the face on Friday!!

Here’s today’s Apex update for Mintz Elementary! 🎉

We had a great time learning about how being a leader means we need to focus on the next steps for our future and come up with a GAME PLAN!🚀

Congratulations to Coach J. Szewc's 3rd grade class for winning last the weekend challenge and earning a candy salad party!! 🎊

We also had Coach Schwirtz keep our Top Donations, but Coach Lee's class took the Top Share Medal ! Congratulations to both classes!🏅

Good afternoon Mintz Elementary families! We are so excited about our Apex Fundraiser that kicked off today! Tonight's challenge is the login challenge! Whichever class gets the most students to “scan their code” and login, will get to Duct Tape and Pie the Apex Team Tomorrow!

Every class to have all of their students log in over the next week will win a special celebration next Monday! Our goal is to get 100% participation across the school!
