This morning, our school community came together for our first Virtue Prayer Service of the new school year, led by our Student Council officers.

Our virtue for August is Faith, trusting in God even when we cannot see the whole path ahead. Through the Gospel story of St. Peter stepping out of the boat to walk toward Jesus, we were reminded that Christ is always with us and gives us courage when we face uncertainty or challenges.
We also reflected on the examples of St. Peter and St. Augustine, who remind us that faith is a lifelong journey of trusting God and allowing Him to guide our lives.

As we begin a new school year, we pray that our students, faculty, staff, and families will continue to grow together in wisdom, kindness, holiness, and faith.

Our Nativity community gathered in faith for the first all-school Mass of the year to celebrate the Mass of the Holy Spirit, a beautiful tradition marking the start of a new academic year.

The Mass was concelebrated by Father Mike, Monsignor Michael, Father Izzie, and Deacon Joe. The celebration was especially meaningful as our priests wore red vestments, symbolizing the Holy Spirit and reminding us of God’s presence and guidance throughout the year. Together, we prayed for the guidance and gifts of the Holy Spirit, asking for wisdom, strength, courage, unity, and grace for our students, teachers, and staff as we begin another year of learning, growing, and serving together.

LET THE FUN BEGIN! Yesterday marked the first full day of the 2026–27 school year! Our Cougars are officially back on campus and ready for an amazing adventure ahead! We captured so many wonderful smiles as our students excitedly walked through the doors and kicked off another great year together.

Exciting first day back and a wonderful Open House yesterday! Although it wasn't yet a full school day, our campus was certainly bustling! We loved seeing our students return—catching up with friends and classmates, meeting their teachers, dropping off school supplies, and preparing for an amazing year ahead!

Beautiful back-to-school Mass yesterday! It was amazing to see all our students looking sharp and ready to take on the year in their Nativity uniforms!

At the end of Mass, Monsignor Michael and our awesome Nativity parish family gathered to pray over our students and staff, asking God to bless us with a joyful, successful, and faith-filled 2026–27.

A huge shoutout to all our Nativity families who came out to celebrate this beautiful kickoff! We can't wait to see what exciting adventures are in store for our Cougar community this year!

Thanks to everyone who came out to our Back-to-School Parent Information Night! It was so great to see familiar faces, meet new families, and share all the exciting things planned for the year ahead.

Parents also got a look at our awesome after-school activities, including PON, Karate, Dance, Cub Scouts, Snapology, Creative Catalyst, and Church Ministries. We can't wait for another amazing year together!
