FIRST SEASON. FOUNDATION BUILT.

Our inaugural JV High School Volleyball team closes the season 16–3, with a Florida Gem Tournament Gold Division runner-up finish and so much to be proud of.

These girls set the standard for those who will follow—competing with heart, growing through challenges, and learning to trust one another. We’re grateful for all God has done through this team and the foundation they’ve laid for Panthers Volleyball.

Thank you to our coaches, families, and fans for showing up and making this first season special.

The future is bright. This is just the beginning.

In this week's chapel, we discussed Joshua 23:8, where Joshua gives God’s people a simple but powerful reminder: “…cling tightly to the Lord your God.”

If we're not walking with Jesus and pursuing Him daily, it’s easy to let distractions, success, sports, relationships, technology, or even good things take our attention away from Him. But spiritual growth means letting go of the things that pull us away from Jesus and clinging tightly to the One who gives us hope, purpose, joy, and peace.

Joshua had seen God fulfill every promise He made—and he wanted God’s people to remember that He is always worth clinging to.

Today in chapel, Pastor Scott Odom challenged us with the idea that the gospel is not something to be ashamed of, rather something we should be proud of.

Instead of keeping it to ourselves, Pastor Scott changed our thinking to be who could the gospel bring comfort to.
