The International Coaching Symposium is proud to welcome Michael Dickey, one of the most accomplished player developers in American Women’s Soccer, to this year’s event!
Currently serving as a Lead Scout for the United States Women’s National Team and a member of the US Soccer National Coaching Education Staff, Michael has spent more than three decades developing elite players, leading national teams, and mentoring coaches at the highest levels of the game.

⚽ Former Head Coach of the US Women’s U-14, U-15, U-16, and U-17 National Teams
⚽ Former Assistant Coach of the US Women’s U-21 National Team
⚽ Developed and coached many of the biggest names in US Women’s Soccer, including Lindsey Horan, Rose Lavelle, Crystal Dunn, Kelley O’Hara, Alyssa Naeher, Becky Sauerbrunn, and Tobin Heath
⚽ Coached more than 20 players who have represented the US Women’s National Team, including 11 members of the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup squad
⚽ Former Head Coach of the Jordan Women’s National Team, leading the program into the FIFA Top 50 for the first time in its history
⚽ Led India to the SAFF Women’s Championship and helped return the nation to the FIFA Women’s World Rankings
