We have openings here at our center! We have great teachers who love their kids and are excited to be filling their classrooms! We have a new preschool curriculum starting in the fall and we are currently remodeling our facility! We are so excited for the changes coming and can't wait to add to our family! Hello! So we have checked with brightwheel and I have an email stating that even though your child is no longer here or “activated” you should still be able to access your billing for our center through the billing tab on your app. I spoke with Dalia who confirmed this for me this morning. 🙂 The tax information you will need should be there, otherwise I also have the link on how to find it even if your child is “inactive”. Parents will always have access to their billing even when we don’t, and I have PDF’s that were sent to me that should help if need be, but we don’t have access to any of these records due to the cancellation of our subscription, we aren’t allowed to regain access to that information. Dalia told us to let anybody who is struggling know, that the message sent along to parents was not true, and they will help anybody get their records that’s needs them. 🙂 Please reach out to the center with anymore questions about brightwheel if you have any!
