All student-athletes are required to have a current sports physical on file to participate in their upcoming sports season. This is a great opportunity to complete that requirement before the school year begins.

One more day to go, SPMS! We have had a great week so far and we want to finish strong tomorrow. Along with our trips tomorrow, we have a FUN day planned for students not going on the trips. We look forward to seeing EVERYONE tomorrow to celebrate our last day!

Congratulations to this year’s Yearbook Advisor and Staff! The National Yearbook Program of Excellence awarded SPMS a GOLD Level for creating a meaningful book for their school. This prestigious award from Jostens recognizes all programs that feature over 90% of their student population at least 3 times in their yearbook. Congratulations to our yearbook staff for their hard work and dedication to making a yearbook for all students.

We will hold SPMS Site-Based Decision-Making Council parent elections today, May 11th.

Online voting, located here https://forms.gle/2zB4Y31texCbcqRC7 , will require parents to enter their Student's State ID number, found on the Infinite Campus App, to ensure that all counted votes are cast by parents/guardians of 2026-2027 students at SPMS. Parents may also choose to vote in person on May 5th at the main office of SPMS.

Each candidate will receive notification of the results. We appreciate your time and consideration.

Thank you to the River City Rocketry Team from the University of Louisville for visiting with our 7th grade science classes! Our students had a great time learning about this team and rocket building!

Ashley grew up in Brandenburg and graduated from Meade County High School before continuing on to the University of Louisville. After starting a family she decided to move back to Brandenburg where she has been a stay at home mom for the last few years. In her spare time she can be found reading, knitting, hiking with her family, or running down by the river.

Good afternoon SPMS families,

We will hold the Stuart Pepper Middle School SBDM Council parent election on Monday, May 11th. If you are interested in running for a parent position on the council please email your interest to the SPMS PTO member Rachel Sermonis no later than Monday, May 4th at [email protected]. Your must have a student that is attending SPMS for the 26-27 school year.

An email will be sent out on Thursday, May 7th advising all families of the candidates. A link will be included in the email that won't open until the day of the election starting at 8:00 a.m. and ending at 3:00 p.m. Online voting will require parents to enter their Student's State ID number, found on the Infinite Campus App, to ensure that all counted votes are cast by parents/guardians of 26-27 SPMS students. Parents may also choose to vote in person on May 12th at the main office of SPMS.

Results of that election will be given to the council at their May meeting and each candidate will receive notification of the results.
