Are you a Meade County resident age 60 or older? You may qualify for the Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program, which provides vouchers to purchase fresh, locally grown fruits and vegetables from authorized farmers!

To qualify, you must:
✔️ Be a Meade County resident
✔️ Be at least 60 years old
✔️ Meet income eligibility guidelines
✔️ Bring a valid picture ID or driver's license

These vouchers are a great way to enjoy nutritious local produce while supporting our local farmers.

Join us on Friday, June 12 from 10:00–11:00 AM at the Meade County Extension Office for a fun-filled hour of stories, songs, crafts, snacks, and activities designed to help prepare young children for kindergarten.

This month's session will be led by 4-H Youth Development Agent Rebecca Wilkins, who has planned an engaging and interactive experience for our little learners!

Looking for a fun way to spend time with your little one while helping them get ready for kindergarten?

Join us for Laugh & Learn on tomorrow, May 8th from 10–11 AM at the Meade County Extension Office!

This one-hour play date is designed for children ages 5 and under and includes stories, songs, crafts, and snacks—all while building skills for kindergarten readiness.

Children must be accompanied by an adult.

We meet the second Friday of every month, September through June.
