I can’t believe May is coming to a close! It’s been fun! I can’t wait to see what June brings. ☀️

Just a couple of reminders:

- We will be closed on Friday, July 3rd in observance of Independance Day. 🇺🇸

- Tuition is due by the close of business on Monday. Late fees will be enforced. ‼️

- There is a permission slip for a hermit crab tank that we are asking each parent to sign so we can have a “crabitat” for the children to observe. If we’ve not asked you to sign yet, please remind us. 🦀

-The Meade County School District offers a summer feeding program for all kids under 18. You sign up each week, and pick it up at your chosen school on Wednesdays. (It’s a drive thru.) They provide healthy meals and snacks for your child for that week. Your child will love it! 🥪

☀️ Summer break is finally here & we are already loving it! ☀️

-A huge thank you to the parents who sent in treats for the teachers during Teacher Appreciation Week!

🍎 Just a reminder that we will be CLOSED on Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day!

Derby Day tomorrow. Beehives will have Derby racing in their parking lot tomorrow while the kids watch and cheer them on.
Make sure they have a jacket in case it’s chilly!

Also, tomorrow will be my last day of owning Rising Star Kids as Jess will be taking over as the new owner. Thank you to all for making everything so easy and allowing me to love on your kiddos for over 6 years! 💕 Please make sure you have Jess’s # in case you need anything in the future.

In addition to the ice cream sundaes the kids created, (already posted pics), we had such a fun Spring Break week! The kids had picnics, made their own pizzas and chose their toppings, and even enjoyed sno-cones!

Easter Party 2026
The Easter Egg Hunt was wonderful and the kids took time to thank the residents and spent time talking to them. We have the best kiddos!!

What else is better to do on a hot day, but to have an ice cream party! 😃

It was cold outside but we had some fun indoors celebrating St. Patrick’s Day! ☘️

Schools are on a 2 hour delay today. (Tuesday, March 17th). We will be open at normal time. 😃

Had us some rainy day creativity and celebrating Dr. Seuss week.
