The Connection in Summit, NJ is seeking a part-time Dance Instructor to join our team! They offer a comprehensive dance program for parent/child, preschool age, school age, dance team, and adults.

The following classes are available in addition to subbing opportunities -

Tuesday
4:45-5:45pm Ballet Beginner 1 Ages 5-7

Wednesday
6:45-7:45pm Beginner Jazz Adult
7:45-8:45pm Beginner Tap Adult

Thursday
3:45-4:45pm Ballet Intermediate 1/2 Ages 9-11
4:45pm Ballet/Tap/Jazz Beginner 1 Ages 5-7

Saturday
10-10:45am Parent/Child Ballet/Movement

The Company of Collaborative Artists (CoCA) invites dancers ages 18+ to join us for a week of professional dance training at Rutgers University’s Mason Gross Dance Department in New Brunswick, NJ.

Choose from two professional training tracks: Morning Drop-In Classes and/or Evening Repertory Intensive. Morning sessions feature two 75-minute technique classes daily led by CoCA artists, focusing on dance training and artistic development. The Evening Repertory Intensive session offers a weeklong creative process with Founding Artistic Director and Choreographer Camille Rennie, culminating in an open studio showing on Friday for family and friends.

Designed for emerging, pre-professional, and professional dancers, this intensive provides an inspiring environment to train, create, collaborate, and build community with fellow artists.

Healthquest Job Opportunity....

• Dance style: ballet, lyrical, modern, hip-hop
• Level: beginner, intermediate, advanced
• Age groups: 4-5, 6-8 and 8-12
• Schedule: classes run Monday-Saturday starting at 4:30-7:30 with flexibility
• Each class runs 45 minutes
• Classes start September-June with a dance recital early June
• Summer classes are available from June 29th-July 31st but not required
• Starting a performance team in the summer looking for someone to choreograph lyrical, modern, or hip-hop dances. Performances will be local. Age group for this will be 6-12
• Have openings to start now but more permanent spot for the fall
