Braintree Highlands PTO Our PTO is a place for Highlands Parents, Teachers, and Staff to work together for our children. Please, no negativity.

The Highlands PTO page was created to help spread the word about events and activities that are happening at the Highlands and throughout our community. This page is meant for parents, guardians, and faculty of the Highlands. 📣 Our annual open house will be Tuesday, September 1st, from 4:00 to 5:30! We welcome all families to come and meet their teacher, explore our new building, and see their new classroom.

⭐️ There will be a orientation for Kindergarten families at 3:15 that same afternoon. Kindergarten families will meet with Dr. Long and our Kindergarten team while children do an activity in their classrooms. After orientation, please stay for open house!

📚🚌 Our first day of school this year for all students will be Wednesday, September 2nd and new school hours for all elementary schools will be 8:50 to 2:55.

We can’t wait to see everyone!

✨ We’re looking for a Stay & Play Coordinator and additional volunteers to help make our Highlands on Peach Stay & Play program a success!

🗓️ When: ½ Days (TBD which ones)
⏰ Time: 12:10 PM – 2:50 PM

Perk: If you’re coordinating or volunteering, your child(ren) attend for FREE! 🎉

••we are SO excited to have our school community come together and celebrate the end of an amazing year at our school for our final Party in Park at Highlands

••There will also be face painting and tattoo stations set up!

••please note the bubbles/foam WILL get the kids clothes wet. the children may choose to wear their bathing suits or bring a towel/change of clothes

••there will be NO e-bikes or bikes allowed in the back of the school. please have your child park them in the front of the school bike rack

••for safety - no whiffle ball/baseball bats will be allowed on the turf. please have children leave those items at home.

🚒✨ Today was a BIG day for DJ Best!

As the lucky winner of the PTO Fire Truck Ride to School, DJ and two of his friends, Andrew and TJ arrived in style this morning aboard a fire truck! What a memorable way to start the school day and make an unforgettable entrance!

📢A huge thank you to our local firefighters for helping create such a special experience for our Highlands students!
