Teacher Appreciation was Last Week, but we should show our appreciation for teachers everyday. Last week the teachers felt loved with daily treats and presents. Teachers ate cakes, donuts, breakfast foods, and so many other treats that parents sent. The children made beautiful cards, we received gifts galore and thank you to the owners that showered the teachers daily with gifts like keychains, pens, and so on.

Happy Earth Day! The children learned how to help the earth. Each classroom celebrated Earth day in a different way. Some used recycled materials to make art and some talked about recycling and how to recycle, reuse, reduce.

Busy school year with the after school children. We had a student present her cultural holiday to the class. During half days we got to take a hike near the back of Morrison toward Pond Meadow Park. Other days we do activities like obstacle course or make crafts like this weaving project.
