Join me for a 4‑week Rooted to Bloom Somatic Healing Circle beginning 11/1/26.
A gentle, guided space to pause, breathe, and return to yourself through reflective writing and embodied grounding.
Across four Sundays — Nov 1, Nov 8, Nov 15, and Nov 22 @ 6:00-7:00 PM— we’ll gather virtually to step out of the noise and into the quiet truth of your own becoming. Each session includes a grounding meditation, somatic‑based journal prompts, and a soft, optional sharing circle.
This circle isn’t about my story. It’s about yours. Rooted to Bloom may be the journal I created, but the becoming inside it will always belong to the women who choose to show up for themselves. In this space, you are the author — naming what’s rising, what’s healing, and what’s ready to bloom.
Bring your Rooted to Bloom Therapeutic Journal, or simply a notebook, a blank page, and a warm cup of tea. Come exactly as you are.

Cost:
$65 without the journal
$130 with a journal (small + color print) — includes a printed physical copy mailed directly to you

Q + A
Do I need to buy a journal to attend?
Not at all. While prompts are inspired by the journal, you’re welcome to bring any notebook or blank page you already have.

What if I already purchased your journal?
Perfect — you’ll simply register at the participation cost of $65.

Will I be forced to speak or share what I’ve written?
Never. Sharing is completely optional. You can keep your camera off, stay muted, and keep your words entirely between you and your notebook.

Is this recorded?
No. To protect privacy and create a safe, intimate container, sessions are not recorded. You’ll want to attend live.

What tech do I need?
Just a device with internet access, a comfortable space, a warm drink, and something to write with. The link will be sent after booking.

Today I’m holding the first final copy of Rooted to Bloom — a therapeutic somatic journal born from the architecture of healing that lives inside our bodies.

Spread across my table are all the versions that came before: the drafts, the scribbled margins, the pages rewritten at midnight, the stacks of paper that held every shift, every insight, every becoming. Seeing them all together feels like looking at the story of my own transformation — layer by layer, word by word.

Writing has always been part of my life. It’s how I’ve made sense of what my body already knew. It’s how I’ve connected to myself, to others, and to the sacred threads running through every season of healing. Writing is reflective in the same way embodiment is reflective — it shows us where we’ve been, what we’ve carried, and who we’re becoming.

The beautiful thing about writing is that it can always evolve. It can soften, sharpen, expand, and rise — just like us. Even when we don’t know the next word in the story, we can hold space for what is and trust what will be when we’re ready to put pen to paper. That’s the heartbeat of this journal. That’s the heartbeat of healing.

And as this next chapter unfolds, I’m opening an invitation into a women’s somatic healing group beginning 11/1/26 — a space created not for my story, but for yours. Rooted to Bloom may be the journal I wrote, but the becoming inside it will always belong to the women who choose to show up for themselves.

Because beyond the physical work of health, there is an internal landscape that holds a quiet, powerful truth — one that only you can write. In these circles, you are the author. You are the one who names what’s ready to heal, what’s ready to rise, and what’s ready to be reclaimed. My role is simply to guide, support, and hold the container while you step into your own embodied faith, your own voice, your own story.

I can’t wait to welcome the women who feel the pull — the ones ready to connect back to themselves through community, advocacy, and healing that honors the whole person. Stay tuned… your becoming is already on its way.

If you want to explore more about somatic healing, deepen into embodied writing, or follow the thread of this community journey, I’m here to walk with you.

If your body has been asking for rest…
If your mind has been carrying too much…
If your heart has been whispering that you need space…
This is your invitation.

November 12–15, 2026, I’m opening a small circle of women for our Fall Embodied Retreat — a three‑night experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself, soften what’s been heavy, and remember what it feels like to breathe again.

This retreat is built around gentle, grounding practices that support your whole self — mind, body, and nervous system — without pressure, performance, or expectation. It’s a place to land, reset, and be held in community.

Across three days, you’ll experience:
• Restorative embodiment sessions
• Grounding practices that support regulation and clarity
• Space for reflection, creativity, and reconnection
• Nourishing meals and slow mornings
• Nature, movement, breath, and deep rest
• A community of women walking their own path of healing and growth

This is for the woman who has been strong for too long.
The woman who shows up every day.
The woman who knows she needs something deeper now.

If you feel the quiet pull, I would love to welcome you.

Today’s Workplace Wellness Immersion reminded me how powerful this practice can be inside a workday. The room shifted as people settled, breathed, and reconnected with themselves — creating space for clarity, regulation, and healing that often gets overlooked in busy environments.

This work is unique because it supports the nervous system first. When people feel safe, grounded, and present, real learning and growth can happen. And when one person experiences that shift, it ripples outward — into teams, families, and communities.

Transformation truly happens body by body.
One moment of connection.
One breath.
One person choosing to show up differently.

I’m grateful to bring this kind of work into workplaces that are ready for meaningful change.

I’ve been reflecting on why I do this work — not the surface reasons, but the soul‑level ones. And the truth is simple: every retreat, every gathering, every offering I create comes from passion. A deep, steady passion for walking beside women as they return to themselves.

Not in front of them.
Not above them.
Beside them.

We live in a world that measures success by what can be seen — numbers, views, visibility. But the kind of success I witness in this work doesn’t always show up on a screen. It shows up in the quiet places… the places that matter.

It’s in the woman who finally exhales after holding her breath for months.
It’s in the friendships that form and continue long after the retreat ends.
It’s in the nervous system that softens, the heart that opens, the clarity that rises.
It’s in the way women begin to trust themselves again.

This work may never reach millions of eyes — but it is changing millions of cells inside the women who step into these spaces. It is reshaping the way they see themselves, their lives, their worth. It is creating a safe place to grow, heal, rest, and become.

From Rooted to Bloom to Root & Ripple, each retreat is built with intention, depth, and care. Not to be louder… but to be truer. Not to impress… but to impact. Not to lead women somewhere I’ve already been… but to walk with them as we all keep becoming.

This is my passion.
This is my purpose.
This is the work I was made to do.

And this fall, I look forward to standing beside the next woman who says yes — ready to hold space, witness her unfolding, and share another experience shaped by intention and truth.

Together in Strength. Together in Honor.

This morning we showed up — side by side — to complete the Murph together.
Not for competition. Not for perfection.
But for honor, gratitude, and the reminder that movement becomes something deeper when it’s shared.

Every rep, every breath, every moment of “keep going” carried the spirit of Lt. Michael P. Murphy and the countless veterans whose courage continues to shape our freedom. And in our little corner of the world, we moved with intention — supporting all levels, celebrating effort, and recognizing the strength that rises when community gathers.

Today wasn’t just a workout.
It was togetherness.
It was remembrance.
It was heart.

If you feel called to continue supporting our veterans, we’d love to have you join us for the James Tatro Memorial 5K Walk • Ruck • Run on 9/26/26. Your steps matter, your presence matters, and your support reaches real people and real families.

Honoring the Murph. Honoring Murphy. Honoring All Who Serve.

Tomorrow, on Memorial Day, we’ll be taking on the Murph workout —
1 mile run • 100 pull‑ups • 200 push‑ups • 300 squats • 1 mile run —
in honor of Navy SEAL Lt. Michael P. Murphy, whose courage and sacrifice continue to call us into deeper gratitude and strength.

At our gym, all levels are supported.
Whether you’re modifying movements, pacing yourself, or pushing through the full challenge, you belong in this space. We’ll be there together — recognizing movement, honor, and strength in every form they show up.
MONDAY, MAY 25 @ 7:30 AM

This isn’t about perfection.
It’s about remembrance.
It’s about showing up with heart.

If you feel moved to continue supporting veterans in a meaningful, local way, you’re invited to join us for the James Tatro Memorial 5K Walk • Ruck • Run on 9/26/26. Your steps help support those who have served and the families who stand beside them.
