Congratulations to both our 6th Grade Concert Band and 7/8 Grade Symphonic Band on their performance at IGSMA District Contest today!

6th Grade received a Division 2 Excellent rating from the judges.

7/8 Grade received a Division 1 Superior Rating from the judges and will be performing at IGSMA State Festival in April!

On Monday of this week, a select group of 8th Grade band students traveled to Olivet Nazarene University to participate in their Junior High Honor Band. It was a long day of music making. The concert was phenomenal and every student had a great time.

Congratulations to Annie, Macey, Maddie, Alaina, Katie, Nolan, and Brody for a great performance!

Mr. Cromp and Mr. Mata are very proud of them for their hard work and effort.

Congratulations to the Marching Panthers for earning 1st Place in Class B at the Grundy County Corn Festival Parade!

There was a lot of good competition at this parade and many scores that determined placement came down to decimal points.

I am super proud of all the student for sticking it out on a very hot day. Thank you for a fantastic competition season. You’ll see our 8th graders this Friday night with the RCHS Marching Comets during the Varsity football game.
