This notice is given hereby that Brady ISD will be accepting bids for the sale of three properties.
The properties are listed below.
1. 2. 3. Sale of 2.345 acres in the City of Brady, McCulloch County, Texas out of Blocks 183 and
184 of the Luhr Addition also known as South Ward Campus
Sale of 0.836 acres in the City of Brady, McCulloch County, Texas out of the Fisher &
Miller Survey No. 2293, Abstract No. 357 also known as tennis courts at the corner of West
11th and Persimmon St.
Sale of 2.136 acres in the City of Brady, McCulloch County, Texas out of Mrs. Ellen Baker
Survey No. 182, Abstract No. 2158 and being all of Block 41 and all of Block 44 of the
Crothers Addition in the city of Brady; and the sale of 1.133 acres in the City of Brady,
McCulloch County, Texas and being all of Block 45 of Crothers Addition. Properties also
known as North Ward Campus.
Detailed description of properties and plat will be furnished in the bid packet. Bid packets may be
picked up at the BISD Administration Office located at 1003 W 11th All bids must be in a sealed
envelope with the title of the property on the outside of the envelope. Sealed bids are due no later
than 10:00 a.m. on Friday, October 30, 2026. Sealed bids will be opened on Friday, October 30,
2026, at 1:00 p.m. Brady ISD reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
