Our September Membership meeting has moved from September 19th to September 23rd @ 3:30PM!

We know today was not the day our students, parents, and community thought it would be. We know that unfortunately, there are things in this world that are horrible, that can create bad memories.

Today, we chose to try and create good memories…

We had over 40 FFA members go with us to Jackson today where we enjoyed our time together at Skyzone! We were able to laugh, create new friendships, and look at the more positive things in life! We were able to demonstrate that FFA is more than a club, but a program that strives to be a safe haven where individuals can be themselves.

We want to thank the Skyzone staff, Mr. Don Allen for driving us, and for the parents that trusted their students to attend the trip, especially after today.

If there were any students who were unable to attend due to any safety decisions from today, please contact Coach G and we will try to arrange some type of reimbursement of funds after approval of the school!

We will be sending information at the beginning of each month with announcements of current events for each month and edit it as needed in order to help inform parents more! We are working on a cleaner way to display each month’s activities!

The current activities we have planned for the remainder of the month are as followed:

September 13th

Registration Deadline for Greenhand/COLT Conference-$15 includes shirt!

Skyzone Trip TN.
Leave around 3:45PM and will return around 7:30PM. The trip costs $30 and will need extra money for food. Please bring money by Thursday.

September 21st

Greenhand/COLT Conference @ Dyer County High School. Leave school at 7:45AM return around 1:30PM

September 23rd

Membership Meeting @3:30PM

September 24th-28th

2024 FFA Camp Clements!

We want to first thank the amazing 2024-2025 TN FFA State Officers for creating a sense of direction and importance to all the campers who participated during week 6 of camp!

Bradford FFA had 16 FFA members attend to gain leadership skills and a deeper understanding of FFA and Agriculture, as well as network with students across the state!

We are very excited to announce we have been selected as one of the 24 Tennessee FFA Chapters to be ranked GOLD and a National Chapter finalist for the National FFA Star Chapter Awards! Our application will be submitted to National FFA for judging and we will find out final results this fall!

The National FFA National Chapter Award Program is designed to recognize FFA chapters that actively implement the mission and strategies of the organization. These chapters improve chapter operations using the National Quality FFA Chapter Standards (NQCS) and Program of Activities (POA) that emphasizes growing leaders, building communities and strengthening agriculture. Chapters are rewarded for providing educational experiences for the entire membership.

We want to thank our Bradford FFA Officers, Chapter members, administrators, and community members for helping us being one of the top Agricultural programs in the state!

We would like to thank everyone in the community who donated and allowed us to wash your vehicles! We were thankfully able to reach our goal and sponsor our students to attend Camp Clements on July 1st!

Thanks to all the Bradford FFA Officers and volunteer members for dedicating your time in performing the activity as well!

We are blessed to have a supportive community!

The Bradford FFA program will be performing a carwash this Saturday (June 8th) from 12:00PM to 5:00PM and this Sunday (June 9) from 2:00PM to 4:00PM by the Ag classroom!

Donations are appreciated, and will be used to offset $1,080 of student cost for attending TN FFA Camp Clements Leadership Conference!

Contact Mr. Gehring if you are interested in volunteering to sign up for shifts!

Come out and support these students as they try to invest in their leadership skills!
