Art is a brain break, self-expression, a tool for well-being, and it deserves a daily place at school.
When students have access to art throughout the day, it becomes not only a creative outlet but also a way to reset, regulate, and refocus.
Painting, drawing, sculpting, or lettering can offer a mental pause, ease stress, and bring clarity after challenging work. These moments of creativity support emotional balance, reduce overwhelm, and help children return to learning with renewed energy.
